The reform assumes the employer's total labour cost is unchanged — the lower employer social tax (SzocHo, 13% → 7.5%) is passed through to you as a higher gross wage. Personal income tax falls 15% → 10% and VAT 27% → 22%. Tax credits (family, under-25, mothers) are not modelled — this is the no-credits base case. VAT savings assume spending of ~72% of gross pay.
